Questions about business orders
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single branded case or several hundred. The price depends on the quantity and the case types you choose.
Can we order cases for different phone models in one order?
Yes. Every case is printed individually, so one order can include iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel and other models.
Can each case have a different name?
Yes. Add employee or player names, numbers or different designs to each case.
We only have a logo. Can you create the design?
Yes. Send us your logo and a few wishes, and we will prepare a design and send you a mockup for approval before production.
What file format should our logo be?
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) give the sharpest print. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works. Small, low-resolution images may print blurry.
How long does production and delivery take?
It depends on the case types and quantity. We confirm the production time and delivery date in your quote, so tell us if you have a deadline.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 1 business day.
Do you deliver outside Lithuania?
Yes. We deliver worldwide, to most countries.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. KURKIS by You is operated by MB Vending Solutions, a Lithuanian company, and we issue a VAT invoice for every business order.
Is our logo kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only to produce your order and are automatically deleted from our production servers 30 days after the order is fulfilled.
