We offer the following products and services:

  1. Digital Gift Cards (Coupons): For use at our physical vending machines.
  2. Physical Goods: Ready-made phone cases, screen protectors, AirPods cases.
  3. Custom Products: Phone cases printed with your uploaded images or designs.

3. Digital Gift Cards & Vending Machines

3.1. Delivery

Gift Cards act as digital coupons. Upon purchase, a unique Coupon Code is sent immediately to the email address provided at checkout. No physical card is shipped.

3.2. Redemption

  • The Coupon Code is redeemable only at KURKIS vending machines (e.g., Kaunas Akropolis, Vilnius Outlet, and other active locations).
  • To redeem, select your product at the machine and enter the code on the payment screen.

3.3. Validity

  • Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Expired codes cannot be reactivated or refunded.

3.4. Technical Issues

In the rare event that a vending machine malfunctions (e.g., accepts the code but fails to print/dispense the case), please contact our support immediately at +37068030400] with your order number and location. We will verify the system logs and issue a replacement code or refund.

4. Custom Products (Online Orders)

This section applies to custom phone cases ordered via our website for home delivery.

4.1. User Content

When you upload an image for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that image. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing illegal, offensive, or hate-speech content.

4.2. Quality

You are responsible for the quality (resolution) of the uploaded image. We are not responsible for print blurring caused by low-resolution files provided by the user.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via WooPayments, Electronic Banking, Credit Cards via our secure payment partners.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the payment is successful.

6. Shipping (Physical Goods)

  • Digital Goods (Coupons): Delivered instantly via email free of charge.
  • Physical Goods: We ship within Lithuania (and EU) using carriers like LP Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days within Lithuania.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (Refund Policy)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Lithuanian Civil Code:

7.1. Digital Gift Cards

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase ONLY IF the code has not been used.

  • Unused Codes: We will refund the full amount.
  • Used Codes: Once a code is redeemed at a machine, the service is considered fully performed, and no refund is possible.

7.2. Standard Physical Goods

You may return unused, non-customized items like screen protectors, ready-made cases within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping costs.

7.3. Custom Products (Exception)

Non-Refundable: According to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specific specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., a phone case with your personal photo). These items cannot be returned unless they are defective/faulty.

8. Warranty

We provide a statutory warranty for product quality (2 years under EU law) for physical defects.

  • Phone Cases: Normal wear and tear (scratches from use, fading over long periods) is not considered a defect.
  • Defects: If you receive a broken case or a print error caused by our machine, please contact us for a free replacement.

9. Limitation of Liability

MB “Vending Solutions” is not liable for temporary unavailability of vending machines due to shopping mall closures, power outages, or maintenance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Lithuania, based on the location of our registered office (Kaunas district).
