2. Products and Services

We provide a hybrid shopping experience through the following:

  • Digital Gift Cards (Coupons): Codes purchased online for instant use at our physical vending machines.
  • Custom Products: Phone cases and accessories personalized via our online Customizer Tool for home delivery.
  • Physical Goods: Ready-made phone cases, screen protectors, and accessories sold via the e-shop.
  • Vending Services: On-the-spot printing and dispensing of phone cases at our physical locations.

3. Digital Gift Cards & Vending Machines

3.1. Delivery

Digital Gift Cards are delivered as a unique Coupon Code sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant upon successful payment. No physical card will be shipped.

3.2. Redemption

Codes are redeemable at any active KURKIS by You vending machine (e.g., Kaunas Akropolis, Vilnius Outlet, etc.). To redeem, select your product at the machine and enter the code during the checkout phase on the machine’s screen.

3.3. Validity & Technical Issues

  • Validity: Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Expired codes cannot be refunded or extended.
  • Machine Malfunction: If a machine accepts your code but fails to dispense the product, please contact our support at +370 680 30400 or info@kurkis.eu immediately. We will verify system logs and provide a replacement code or a refund.

4. Custom Products (Online Orders)

4.1. User Content & Copyright

By uploading an image, you warrant that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing:

  • Copyrighted material (without proof of license).
  • Illegal, offensive, or hate-speech content.

4.2. Print Quality

The final print quality depends on the resolution of the file you upload. We use high-definition printing technology, but we are not responsible for blurring, pixelation, or color inaccuracies resulting from low-quality source files provided by the user.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are in Euros (€) and include Lithuanian VAT (21%).
  • Payments: We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and major Credit/Debit cards.
  • Order Confirmation: An automated email is sent upon successful payment. If you do not receive it, please check your “Spam” folder before contacting support.

6. Shipping & Delivery (E-Shop Orders)

  • Digital Goods: Delivered via email (Free).
  • Physical Goods: We ship within Lithuania and the EU using Asendia, LP Express.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery method.
  • Delivery Time: * Lithuania: 3–7 business days.
    • EU: 5–10 business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania:

7.1. Custom/Personalized Goods (The Exception)

According to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of Lithuania, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specific specifications or clearly personalized.

Note: Custom phone cases printed with your photos/designs cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.

7.2. Digital Gift Cards

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the code has not been used. Once a code is redeemed at a machine, the service is considered fully performed, and no refund is possible.

7.3. Standard Physical Goods

Ready-made items (e.g., screen protectors) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The buyer covers return shipping costs.

8. Warranty & Defects

We provide a 2-year statutory warranty for manufacturing defects.

  • What is covered: Print peeling (not caused by friction), structural failure of the case.
  • What is NOT covered: Normal wear and tear, scratches from daily use, accidental drops, or water damage.
  • Claims: To file a claim, email info@kurkis.eu with photos of the defect and your order number.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
