At KURKIS by You operated by MB “Vending Solutions”, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item or request a refund, please read our policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.
This policy is compliant with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Consumer Rights Directives.
1. Digital Gift Cards (Coupons)
We sell digital coupons intended for use at our physical vending machines (e.g., in Kaunas Akropolis, Vilnius Outlet).
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to cancel your purchase of a Digital Gift Card within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason, PROVIDED THAT the code has not been used.
- Unused Codes: If you have not yet redeemed the code at a machine, we will cancel the code in our system and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Used Codes: Once a coupon code has been entered and redeemed at a vending machine, the service is considered fully performed. Consequently, no refunds can be issued for used codes.
2. Custom & Personalized Products
This section applies to phone cases or accessories created using our online customizer tool or printed specifically for you at our machines.
NO Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the right of withdrawal (returning goods within 14 days for any reason) DOES NOT APPLY to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Exceptions: You may only return a custom product if:
- The product is defective (e.g., broken material).
- There is a printing error caused by our equipment (e.g., severe banding, ink smears).
- Note: Low print quality caused by a low-resolution image uploaded by the customer is not considered a defect.
3. Standard Physical Products
This section applies to ready-made items (e.g., standard collection cases, screen protectors) ordered online.
You have the right to return standard, non-customized goods within 14 days of receiving them.
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was defective).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service LP Express.
4. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty)
If you receive a defective item or if our vending machine malfunctions and fails to dispense your product correctly:
- Do not worry. We are here to help.
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us at info@kurkis.eu within 48 hours of the incident.
- Provide Proof:
- Online Orders: Attach a photo of the defect.
- Vending Machine Issues: Provide the Coupon Code used, the location of the machine, and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
Resolution: We will inspect the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will either:
- Send a replacement product free of charge.
- Issue a new Coupon Code for the vending machine.
- Issue a full refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund request, please contact us:

Please include your reason for the return and whether the item is digital (coupon) or physical.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected (or your digital code usage is verified):
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or bank transfer).
- Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
