At KURKIS by You (operated by MB “Vending Solutions”), we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please read our policy below. This policy is compliant with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Consumer Rights Directives.
1. Digital Gift Cards (Coupons)
These are digital codes intended for use at our physical vending machines (e.g., Kaunas Akropolis, Vilnius Outlet).
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to cancel your purchase of a Digital Gift Card within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason, provided the code has not been used.
- Unused Codes: If the code has not been redeemed, we will deactivate the code and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Used Codes: Once a coupon code has been entered and redeemed at a vending machine, the service is considered fully performed. No refunds can be issued for codes that have already been used.
2. Custom & Personalized Products
This section applies to phone cases or accessories created using our online Customizer Tool or printed specifically for you at our vending machines.
- No Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the right of withdrawal (returning goods within 14 days for any reason) does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Exceptions: You may only request a return or replacement for a custom product if:
- The product is physically defective (e.g., cracked material).
- There is a significant printing error caused by our equipment (e.g., ink smears or hardware failure).
- Note: Lower print quality resulting from a low-resolution image uploaded by the customer is not considered a defect.
3. Standard Physical Products
This applies to ready-made items (e.g., screen protectors, standard collection cases) ordered via our e-shop.
- 14-Day Return Window: You may return non-customized goods within 14 days of receipt.
- Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was defective).
- We recommend using a trackable service (e.g., LP Express, Omniva, or DPD).
4. Defective Items & Vending Machine Malfunctions
If our vending machine malfunctions (e.g., accepts the code but fails to dispense the product) or you receive a damaged item:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email info@kurkis.eu or call +370 680 30400 within 48 hours.
- Provide Proof:
- Online Orders: Attach a photo of the defect and the packaging.
- Vending Issues: Provide the Coupon Code used and the specific location of the machine.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will either:
- Send a replacement product free of charge.
- Issue a new Coupon Code for the vending machine.
- Issue a full refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To start a request, please contact us:

- Details: Please specify if the issue concerns a digital coupon or a physical delivery.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected or your digital code usage is verified:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
